Fishing event news!!!!!

Due to very high, turbulent, and stained waters, plus with the forecast of several more days of heavy rains forecasted, the MWA is going to swap the first two venues locations but maintain them on the original scheduled dates. Meaning, the first event of the year will now be at Lake of the Woods ( Bremen) on April 30^th & the second event will now be the St.JoeRiver (Osceola) at Midway bait & Tackle on May 21^st. These two events will still be designated as a Cabela’s water for those teams that are registered to take part. We apologize for the alterations but current & forecasted conditions point to it being everyone’s best interests and safety.

2011 St Joe river Walleye stocking

Please help us raise funding for this years walleye stocking for the St Joe river. You can help by bringing aluminum cans to the club each Tuesday, or by stopping by your local store and donating money in our stocking jars. If your local store doesn't have a stocking jar, ask them to contact Michiana Walleye Association if they are interested in having one. The walleye will be stocked sometime in October 2011.
